PanPage Terms and Conditions
In these terms the following words and phrases have the meanings indicated…
'We', 'Us' and 'Our' refers to Abbeydale Web Ltd and the Abbeydale brand.
'You' and 'Your' refers to the person or company downloading PanPage.
'Your website' means the website into which PanPage is installed and which PanPage is used to manage.
'Your Client' means the owner or person responsible for maintaining the website into which PanPage is installed.
- PanPage's function is to enable You to create websites whose content may be edited by Your Client. Although We make every effort to introduce requested features and to fix bugs on a timely basis, PanPage is supplied 'as is' and without any guarantee of suitability for a particular application.
- PanPage is licensed not sold and You are permitted to use PanPage but not to modify it, reverse engineer it or pass it off as Your own product except by prior written agreement from Us.
- Panpage is licensed on a 'per domain' basis and each license covers PanPage for use on 'localhost' and one domain only. Licenses are not transferable to another domain once issued (ie. sent to you by email but not necessarily received by you).
- We generate licenses and send them out by email during the UK working day only, and there may be a delay of typically less than 24 hours but up to 48 hours at times. If delays of longer than 48 hours are likely, We will post a notice to that effect on the PanPage website (www.panpage.com) on the same page as the order form.
- We take no responsibility for website content that You or Your Client may publish using PanPage or for any content published by any other party using PanPage whether that use is authorised or not.
- We use Our best endeavours to ensure that PanPage is secure from unauthorised use but We do not guarantee its security and We will not be held responsible for the consequences of any breach of said security.
- We will, from time to time, release new versions of PanPage with improved and updated features and We will make such new versions available on the PanPage website. We will not update any of Your PanPage installations except by prior written agreement.
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to English Law and the parties concerned submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
